Main Process

1. Initial Material Loading and Heating

Materials are loaded into the 5000L reactor kettle, and heating begins. When the temperature reaches about 100°C, gases are produced and enter the separation column. Heating is carefully controlled for proper chemical reactions.

2. Gas Separation and Cooling

Part of the gas is cooled in the separation column, and the rest goes to the horizontal condenser. Eventually, all water and gas are directed to the catchment device for separating volatile components.

3. Material Recycling and Water Exclusion

The catchment device separates and recycles material back to the reactor kettle, excluding water. The process may last 15 - 20 hours, depending on paint formulation.

4. Vacuum Extraction and Quality Control

During the reaction, vacuum can be applied to speed it up. Samples are taken to measure viscosity. If it meets the standard, cooling starts to ensure correct paint consistency.

5. Dilution Process

When the temperature reaches 130°C, raw materials are transferred to the dilute kettle, and a material like Xylene is added to adjust viscosity and concentration for packaging.
