Crucible type electric furnace

This equipment is mainly suitable for the melting heat preservation of aluminum alloy.It is generally used as a die casting machine.It can also be used in the small zinc alloy to concentrate melting furnace.

The main features:

   The technical requirements:

   1——After 48 hours of normal use, the furnace wall temperature is no more than 60℃

   2——After normal melting,the amount of 0.45℃ per kilogram of aluminum is used,and the amount of 100~200kg per hour;

   3——Blow to the aluminum material temperature reaches680℃ for 3 hours;

   4——Cover the normal heat preservation of 15℃-18℃ per hour.
